For informational purposes I have identified the four destroyers with Bennington during the JKF memorial services pictured in the photo gallery.
Looking at the memorial service photo on your monitor you see Bennington in the middle. On the upper left is the USS O'Brien DD 725, lower left is the USS Eversol DD 789 ? and looking aft, in the upper right is the USS Cunningham DD 752 and lower right aft is the USS Benner DD 807. I have done extensive research on these navy vessels and all have an extensive history. The only one I have a question about is the Eversol .. could she be a DE? The reason being I see only one gun mount foward. The others have two mounts forward which, from my research would signify DD's.

The arial photo of Bennington and destroyers in close formation for the JFK memorial service is labeled as being in the South China Sea, which is incorrect. We were actually somewhere between California and Hawaii.
