Concur. Just checked 66/67 cruise book, photo page 147 show ETs Luksic and Moeller working on SPN-35, and I don't think Luksic reported until Benn was in Subic.
I would place the radome installation after May '67. Photo pg 87, leaving Sidney, shows no radome.
'68 cruise book shows radome.

I have the original photo! This was taken on the 14th of May 1968. We were refueling the New Zealand FRIGATE, OTAGO.
